Notice of Further Modification to Text

The State Personnel Board (Board) has made further changes to the proposed text for section 26 (section 26) of Title 2, Chapter 1, of the Code of Regulations (CCR), concerning recordkeeping requirements for personnel-related documents. The changes are in response to comments received regarding section 26 during the 15-day comment period and based upon further evaluation.
