Methods of Assessing Training and Experience - (formerly called Supplemental Applications)
Overview:
This one-day course introduces a variety of methods and techniques used to assess training and experience (T&E). Advantages and disadvantages of T&E evaluation methods will be addressed as well as issues related to reliability, validity, development, and scoring.
Objective:
Understand the approaches commonly used to evaluate applicant's training, education, and experience. Participants will gain hands on experience developing and reviewing training and experience evaluations and scoring guidelines.
Intended Audience:
Personnel analysts, managers, or individuals responsible for the development of employment testing and selection programs.
