Overview:

This two-day class has four key objectives:

• To demonstrate why investigation skills are important
• To build the sills necessary to conduct an effective internal investigation
• To identify and understand the role of the investigator
• To provide step-by-step guidance regarding the preparation of an investigative report

Objective:

To teach EEO Investigators how to effectively conduct internal investigations, including appropriate preparation, interview techniques, and report writing.

Intended Audience:

This class is designed for EEO Investigators and other employees with investigative responsibilities.
