Job Analysis Discussion List
The purpose of the discussion list is to discuss issues relevant to job analysis--challenges, innovative solutions, and resources. Topics may range from how to decide which jobs to analyze all the way to what to do with exam results. The intent is to both go "beyond" what is formally taught in the job analysis class at SPB and serve as a way to help people new to job analysis.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- What do you do when KSAs identified in the job analysis aren't in the class specification? Can we test for them?
Shelley Langan's answer - What should be done when subject matter experts indicate that the measurement of a KSA should be pass/fail, but we believe doing so is not making the best use of the test - that it ignores important score differences?
Shelley Langan's answer - Should job analysis data be confidential?
