The Appeals Hearing Schedule includes all currently set hearings.  It may not reflect the most current information or continuances/off calendar requests submitted in the last 72 hours.  However, this schedule will be updated every Friday.

You can locate information:

1. By the Department/Appellant Representative, by clicking on the left side.
2. By the SPB Case Number. Use the Find Box (Located top right of report results) to locate the case by case number.  [Note: Cases will not be listed by the appellant's name. For all cases that are listed, a Notice of Hearing (NOH) was sent to all involved parties. The on-line schedule is not intended to replace the NOH process.]
3. Assigned Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) [Note: If no name is listed, it is to be determined.]
4. Date and Time of the Hearing
