Updated Discrimination Complaint Regulations
Effective August 18, 2010, there have been changes made in the Discrimination Complaint Regulations that may affect the way complaints are dealt with internally. These specific changes can be found in Article 8, on page 39 of the updated regulations.
Online Disability Survey
The disability survey is now automated, providing a cost-free alternative to utilizing Scantron forms when capturing employee disability information.
The new online process allows employees to respond to the disability survey on their computer, providing only their last name and last 4 digits of their social security number in a secure environment.
Reasonable Accommodation Policy Development/Assessment Tool
This tool is intended to help Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officers in drafting, revising, or implementing their agency/department’s Reasonable Accommodation (RA) policies.
Reasonable Accommodation Training Tool
The following Reasonable Accommodation Tool is intended as information for Equal Employment Opportunity Officers to ensure critical elements are included in training programs for supervisors and managers on their shared responsibilities in providing reasonable accommodation to employees with a disability.
