Important Update – Location Change

This is an update to the invitation SPB sent on July 19, 2011 to attend our stakeholder meeting to discuss the Governor’s Reorganization Plan to consolidate the State Personnel Board’s operational functions and the Department of Personnel Administration into the new Department of Human Resources (CalHR).

Thank you for your responses. Due to the overwhelming response, we will be moving this forum to the Department of Health Care Services’ Main Auditorium to ensure adequate space is available.

The State Personnel Board (SPB), the Department of Personnel Administration (DPA) and the Labor and Workforce Development Agency are jointly hosting a stakeholder forum on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 801 Capitol Mall, Room 150 (the State Personnel Board’s Auditorium) to discuss the Governor’s Reorganization Plan to consolidate the State Personnel Board’s operational functions and the Department of Personnel Administration into the new Department of Human Resources (CalHR). We hope you will be able to join us to share your thoughts, concerns and suggestions related to the proposal.
